We book the Clubhouse in time slots, with 1 hour in between bookings for our staff to clean the venue before the next party arrives. If you think your party would like to book for more than the slotted time, please contact us to discuss your party. We can certianly accommodate your plans ahead of time if the calendar allows us to. Additional fees will be charged.

We require a credit card on file for the party, similar to any hotel would require. There will be no charge to your card at the end of the party, after confirming there were no damages to the venue or its equipment and furniture.

We do not provide alcohol, but if you are of legal drinking age and wish to bring your own alcoholic beverages to consume while you are renting the venue, that is up to you. Necessary insurance is required, please contact us to to discuss.

We do not supply food. You are welcome to bring your own food.

There are lots of parking spots on-site.

Booking is easy, choose your Package and book. We will reach out to you to confirm the booking and go over any further details.

We do have WIFI and the username and password is displayed in the entrance way when you arrive.

We do have wheelchairs access for our main floor unit! But unfortunately, we do not on the second floor and there is a set of stairs, no elevators.
